Thigpen CDJR is part of Paul Thigpen Auto Group, a multi-location dealer group in Georgia. Every Fixed Ops opportunity being on the calendar matters, and it’s a standard their team and vendors hold to. 

The Situation

Recall lists are among the most qualified outbound opportunities a dealer has. The intent to secure the customers is there, but the bottleneck is always executing before customers use the web to find a local competing dealership. The Solution
