ShortLoop answers every inbound call on the first ring during business hours and after. The AI captures intent, selects the correct vehicle, adds service notes, and books the appointment directly into mKOS so advisors see full context the moment they open the file.

Deeper dealership-specific customization 

ShortLoop AI can identify how and with which opcodes appointments are booked based on dealership-specific data. It can be configured to offer specific convenience options to customers based on their service lane, for instance, shuttles and rentals for main lane services, and recommend waiting for quick express lane services. ShortLoop’s AI also accommodates advisor and technician preferences, whether it’s diesel techs, EV-certified specialists, or a customer's preferred advisor. Scheduling logic also accounts for time of day and day of the week, honoring availability patterns later in the day, around holidays, and on weekends.

Outbound campaigns that capture revenue

ShortLoop’s AI uses real customer and vehicle records to run targeted outbound messages like maintenance reminders, no-show reschedules, and recall notifications. All outreach is personalized, even at high volumes. Lastly, every interaction is automatically synced back into myKaarma, so nothing falls through the cracks between the phone and the platform.
