The conversion gap

Your conversion problem is on the phone.

The lead arrives, and then nobody picks it up.

On hold until they hang up

The caller waits, hangs up, and calls the next store.

A voicemail nobody returns

The campaign runs all evening. The phone stops at close.

A transfer that goes nowhere

A recall question the front desk could not answer.

What we do about it

So we put one AI on the whole phone line.

Inbound, outbound, and every outcome logged against the campaign.

Inbound

Answers every call, books the lane.

  • Writes the real OpCode
  • Live times from your scheduler
  • English or Spanish, day or night

$150K service revenue capturedFordCorley Ford

Outbound

Works the lists nobody has time for.

  • Recalls, declined work, CSI
  • Retries the no-answers
  • Stops when a VIN books itself

Logged

Every call counted to its campaign.

  • Booked, declined, call back
  • Transcript on every number
  • Read it against the spend

The questions we get at the booth

Is this a sales pitch?

Fifteen minutes on your own numbers, not a deck. If the floor is quiet enough you can call the AI yourself and ask it the hard question. Book a slot and your first outbound campaign is on us either way, with no contract attached.

Does it work with my scheduler?

Xtime, Reynolds, CDK, Tekion, DealerFX, myKaarma and PBS on the service side. VinSolutions for sales.

Do customers know it's AI?

Yes. It says so when asked and hands off to a person when it should.

What do I actually leave with?

Your first outbound campaign, run on a list you choose after the show: $500 of Outbound AI calling and texting. It isn't cash and it doesn't need a contract.

What if we already have a BDC?

Paul Thigpen moved off an outsourced BDC and now handles the work across four stores with more control. Where a BDC stays, ShortLoop answers the line first and your people take the calls they want to take.

Do I need to bring the actual list?

No. Bring its size and what is on it. If you want us to run it after the show, a CSV or an export from your DMS is enough.

Does it speak Spanish?

Yes. It answers and calls in English or Spanish.

Who should come to the booth?

Dealer principals, GMs, fixed ops and marketing directors. It is built for franchise stores with a service drive, so bring whoever owns the phone.
